Most writing instruments can be engraved. Whether you simply add a name or a personal message, engraving adds that finishing touch to a perfect gift. It will always tell you on the product page whether the item can be engraved on the pen or the box.
Our standard engraving service is £10 per item and the engraving will be on the cap of the pen. This will add an extra 2-3 working days dispatch time to your order - We offer script or block lettering up to 15 characters (this includes spaces). Engraving is done as part of our dispatch service and can not be organised through the website after delivery of the pen.
If you would like a pen engraved in store please contact the store directly to see if they can offer this service.
All engraving is on the cap of the pen. Not all pens can be engraved. We offer script or block lettering up to 15 characters (this includes spaces).
Please note we can only engrave letters and numbers, we can not engrave symbols.
We also offer a laser engraving service on some items at a cost of £10 per item. This involves using a high-powered laser to remove the top layer of the finish to expose the materials underneath or, in the case of chrome finish pens, marking with a ceramic compound for dark grey lettering.
Our laser engraving services also allows for a longer message to be engraved along the top face of some gift boxes at a charge of £10 per box.
Alternatively, specialist engraving can be arranged with the pen manufacturer through our stores and our mail order centre on 0191 487 0099.
