About Chopard

Running a company where we have developed an exquisite range of Chopard fountain pens, with a precise and rigorous set of principles. Over the years, several corporate company values have emerged, all firmly rooted in the family spirit. They form the "backbone" of Chopard. Endowed with a code of ethics nurtured by common sense and loyalty, the Chopard company has been steadily and serenely forged since 1860.

Chopard can draw upon a vast reservoir of in-house expertise and experience uniting more than 45 different crafts within the twin fields of watch- and jewellery-making. Keenly aware that its personnel are the beating heart of the company, Chopard has given top priority to training its artisans. Within the workshops, the production process of Chopard ballpoint pens are constantly being improved, and various skills are cultivated, updated, and passed on in order to guarantee high quality across every product.

Respect is apparent in the long-term relations cultivated with clients, suppliers, and of course with staff. This respect is also accorded to the company’s traditions and history. It is moreover expressed by Chopard’s social and philanthropic commitments, including to the José Carreras Leukaemia Foundation, the Elton John AIDS Foundation and The Prince’s Charities promoted by HRH The Prince of Wales, as well as through corporate social responsibility and respect for environmental issues.
