Like everyone we were excited to hear about the latest Mary Portas programme and were glued to our screens watching the excellent first episode. Her website http://www.maryportas.com/ is a must read with thousands of customers submitting reviews on good and bad service they have received in all of the big retailers across the country. We were thrilled to find out that our Edinburgh Jenners concession has been reviewed and given a 4 out of 5 mark. Here’s an extract from the site; "Jenny Wallis on January 24, 2011" Went into the Edinburgh branch (Jenners) to purchase a pen as a gift at the pen shop concession, the gentleman was so helpful and polite and really knew his products. Customer service was the best I have seen in a long time, my only criticism was that there was no one serving at any of the other pay points around and the gentleman serving me was constantly being shouted at by customers wanting to complain that they could not be served as there were no other staff around. Well done to Craig the store manager and his team in Jenners for the positive feedback. As a company we pride ourselves on providing the best service possible in every situation and are constantly training our staff so they’ll always be able to help.
