The Pen Shop Platinum Club is our way to thank and reward loyal customers for shopping with us.
If you received a card in one of our stores, you will need to enter your card number in the box to the right and follow the steps to either link the card to your account or create a new account for shopping with us online and in store.
If you received a Platinum Club card shortly after shopping online with us, you don’t need to do anything - you can log into your account to check your club level, expiry dates and view any offer codes or invitations that have been issued to you.

Your Platinum Card will be enrolled in the Platinum Club and begin collecting points on your first qualifying purchase . Spend £1,000 or shop with us four or more times and you’ll be upgraded to a Platinum Plus member - giving you exclusive benefits, discounts and rewards. To maintain your Platinum Plus level, you must visit and transact with us at least 4 times in the following 12 months.
FIRST VISIT - You’ll immediately begin receiving our service and repair benefits, allowing staff to quickly and easily service or repair any pen you buy from us. As a thank you for enrolling in the Platinum Club, we’ll also send you an exclusive money-off voucher to redeem in store or online on your SECOND VISIT.
You’ll also be eligible to receive exclusive offers and invitations solely for Platinum Club members throughout the year.
Keep using your card when you visit us and, after your FOURTH VISIT, or when you spend £1,000, we’ll upgrade you to our exclusive Platinum Plus level, rewarding you with a 10% discount on all purchases you make that year. You’ll also be eligible to receive offers, event invitations, rewards and gifts exclusive to Platinum Plus members.
