Alternative shipping (such as UPS Express or FedEx) can be arranged on request at an extra cost.
Simply Free Delivery can take up to 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Next day delivery is available Monday - Thursday on orders placed before 12:30pm.
Engraving
£7.50 Per item, engraving is on the cap of the pen and will take an extra 2-3 working days. We offer Script or Block lettering up to 20 characters (this includes spaces). Please Note, engraving on Montblanc Pens takes 10-15 Working Days after the order is placed. Price for engraving a Montblanc Pen given on enquiry, Tel 0191 4870033 if you require more information. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange pens once they have been engraved.
Payment Procedure
The Pen Shop Online Shopping web site offers secure credit card transaction facilities supported by Sagepay. Credit card details are securely transmitted in encrypted form and then authenticated by NatWest Streamline Services.

Guarantee
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not pleased return your purchase within 28 days for a full refund. Sorry, we cannot accept the return of engraved or personalised items.
